Experiencing the United States as a young teen, Temi faced the challenges of adapting to a new cultural landscape. While American society often emphasized individualism, she longed for the sense of community she had known in her homeland. This search led her to discover the cigar community, where she could reconnect with her roots and rekindle her passion. However, at her first cigar lounge visit, with her Big Cousin Randy, Temi quickly realized that the cigar world was not always a welcoming space for women. Despite facing exclusion, she made a resolute commitment to claim her rightful place in the industry.

Today, Temi is a distinguished Certified Cigar Sommelier Tobacconist, and the proud owner of Serendipity Cigars, a consulting and cigar event firm specializing in premium cigar experiences. She is also a partner at Emperors Cut Cigars, where she continues to expand her influence in the cigar world. With over 25 years of expertise, Temi has not only developed a deep knowledge of cigars but also cultivated a passion for fostering connections within the cigar community.
